Working remotely or across regions means that birthdays, project finishes, or small wins can sometimes slip by unnoticed. I found a simple but meaningful way to shift that: creating a virtual birthday cards —one link shared, and everyone adds messages, GIFs, photos or emojis (no account or sign-up required). It brought genuine connection when we used it to celebrate a release milestone.

I’d love to hear: how do you in our dev/design community mark special moments? Do you integrate celebrations into your workflow, or stick to Slack shout-outs, or perhaps build something custom with the tools you use (maybe even within PubCoder projects)?
