    in PubCoder non è possibile implementare i tooltip.

    Quello che può fare è inserire un'azione al touch che faccia comparire l'oggetto desiderato e sull'oggetto può inserire un'azione, sempre al touch, che lo faccia scomparire.

    assolutamente. Puoi utilizzare un'unica risoluzione per più formati. Ti consiglio di scegliere un formato 16:9 che sulla maggior parte dei dispositivi.
