    I'm completely at a loss as to how to create a provisioning profile in my developer account... Is it OK just to register one mac? Why do I need a provisioning profile? What is it for? I followed all the steps in the documentation but it is unclear as to how I choose my devices.

    Do I need a provisioning profile? When I go to my developer account... it wants me to register my apple device? I don't understand why I need to do this? Am I registering devices that can use the app? I'm confused, please help!

    M Monica S started the conversation Android Export Problems.

    I've been trying to download the android software for the last 3 days but I keep getting the error...

    xojo.Net.NetException: The operation timed out.

    Then PubCoder crashes. (actually, pubcoder tends to crash every 10 minutes any way, but with multiple saves I made it through my first ebook!)

    I'm at my wits end. I spend a month making this thing and if I can't export it as a book app, I'll be pretty upset. Is there any way to install all the required export software outside of pubcoder?

    Please let me know if anyone has a solution for this!

    I have a similar question. Since I only have a PC, it looks like I can only export to Android devices at the moment? I'd like to place my project as a "book app" in the amazon store if possible -- but what other channels can be used to sell/distribute the book?

    I made everything 1024x768 for simplicity's sake -- will that work for most devices?

    Also, I would like to publish to iOS devices. Is there a workaround for this?
