Open URL in new window/tab

How can I do that (in HTML5 export)? The documentation states that there's an option "Open in Browser" that should do just that, but I don't see it.
Update: I did it with javascript, but I still wonder if there's a direct way without code.
AND it doesn't open a browser in Android (didn't test iOS yet).

you don't see it when HTML5 is selected in the upper-left export menu, since it is not useful for HTML5: when using this format, Open URL action always opens link in a new window/tab

Ah, Ok, I see now.
I wasn't aware that the Export target affects the design or possible actions.
