Check if audio is playing

    Is it possible to check if the voice over is currently playing, in code? Because if it does, I want to pause it, play a sound effect and then resume the voice over. (if at all possible)

    But I'm not using the read aloud feature. It's a human recorded voice over - just an mp3 file I play when entering the page
