I'm trying to set up a novel and you always do novels in portrait orientation but there's no way to change it when formatting for Kindle. Is there a workaround? I tried manually changing it but it just switches back. Really frustrating.

Found it. It was off to the side and not in the "settings" where you'd expect it. Definitely needs to be in the Settings menu as well.
